Booking & payments

Where you pay and how rates work.

When am I charged for my booking?
You pay on our booking partner's website when you complete your reservation. TakeOffPark does not take payment. Our booking partner sends a confirmation email with your reservation details.
Can I use a different card at the parking lot?
Payment is completed online with our booking partner. Most facilities do not accept on-site payment for prepaid reservations, so check the reservation terms on the booking page.
Do you offer corporate or group rates?
TakeOffPark does not set or negotiate parking rates. For group or corporate parking, check the options on our booking partner's website or contact the parking facility directly.

Cancellations & changes

Changing or cancelling a reservation.

Can I cancel for free?
Cancellations are handled by our booking partner. Many lots offer free cancellation, but windows vary, so check the policy on the booking page before you pay.
How do I change my reservation?
Changes to dates, times, or vehicle details are handled by our booking partner. Use the link or contact details in the confirmation email they sent you.
What if my return flight changes?
Your booking covers the time range you select. If your return changes, update your reservation with our booking partner or call the facility directly.

Parking & shuttle

Shuttles, keys, and your car.

How often do shuttles run?
Shuttle frequency varies by lot. Check the lot's listing and the booking page for shuttle details before you book.
Is my car safe?
TakeOffPark does not own, operate, or inspect parking lots. Each listing shows the lot's amenities and security features, such as cameras or gated access, plus guest ratings, so you can check before you book.
Do I keep my keys?
Self-park locations let you keep your keys. Valet locations will hold keys securely while your vehicle is parked.
